About Us
Our Big Sky Blueprint campaign is igniting a movement across Montana—uniting citizens, volunteers, and policy champions to turn bold ideas into action. From Kalispell to Billings, Bozeman to Missoula, Great Falls to Helena—our grassroots teams equip Montanans with the tools and training to influence policy, hold leaders accountable, and stand up to special interests. Through year-round engagement and proven victories in education, healthcare, regulation, housing, and tax reform, we’re building lasting change that keeps Montana strong, free, and full of opportunity.

Our Vision
We firmly believe that when government barriers are removed and individuals are empowered, ordinary people can develop their unique gifts and talents, do extraordinary things, secure greater liberty and live a life of meaning and purpose.
Our Big Sky Blueprint advances transformational policies that empower individuals, reduces unnecessary government barriers, improves the quality of life for all Montanans and allows us to pursue the American Dream.
As the leading center-right organization in Montana, we engage concerned citizens and coalition partners throughout Montana who participate in the legislative process. Working together with our elected policy champions and state legislature in Helena, we empower the individual with greater liberty, freedom and opportunity to innovate, to create and to bring tremendous value to others in our communities.
Our Team
Jesse Ramos
Jesse Ramos is the state director for Americans for Prosperity–Montana. His passion for economic freedom and government accountability was born during his time as a financial advisor, where he saw firsthand how rising taxes were harming his clients. That experience compelled him to run for office, and at just 26, he became the youngest person on the Missoula City Council. He lives in Montana with his wife and young son, and enjoys running, golfing and building.
Henry Kriegel
A 14-year veteran of Americans for Prosperity–Montana, Henry serves as our lead lobbyist in Helena and heads up our communications efforts. Henry considers himself a professional activist whose passion for freedom and opportunity is fueled by his parents’ legacy of surviving the Holocaust through grit, determination and faith. Prior to AFP, Henry ran a successful marketing company, served as a local talk show host, and helped launch the tea party movement in Montana. Henry loves anything outdoors — hiking, biking, fishing — and is proud to call Montana his home.
Wyatt LaPraim
Born and raised in Helena, Montana, Wyatt LaPraim is director of grassroots operations for Americans for Prosperity–Montana. He has been in the AFP community since 2021, working his way up through the organization from volunteer to legislative associate to grassroots engagement director to his current role. Wyatt holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Liberty University and is a Montana Army National Guard veteran.
Josh Carl
Josh Carl is the Northwest Montana grassroots engagement director for Americans for Prosperity–Montana. He is an Army veteran and the successful owner of a marketing company. Josh proudly calls Kalispell, Montana, his home. He has strong religious convictions. Josh loves his family and friends with everything he has. Josh is a people person and enjoys singing karaoke.
Hannah Flocchini
Hannah Flocchini comes from a large, multigenerational family of hardworking entrepreneurs with roots in California and Wyoming. With a background in health care and mental health, she is passionate about empowering individuals and reducing unnecessary government barriers in people’s lives. Inspired by Americans for Prosperity’s mission to put people — not bureaucracy — first, Hannah joined the organization in Wyoming and soon joined the Montana team in 2024. She now serves as the grassroots engagement director in Billings, where she works to help transform communities through the grassroots movement and advance policies that help to improve lives across the nation.
Luke Kampton
Luke joined Americans for Prosperity’s Montana team as a canvasser during the 2024 elections. Seeing the positive impact AFP was making in his community inspired Luke to pursue the grassroots engagement director role in Great Falls, Montana. Before joining AFP, Luke graduated from the University of Arizona and worked in finance. Luke is always looking for like-minded people who want to get involved and help make positive change! In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, as well as playing golf and rugby. Luke is honored to be a part of AFP’s Montana team, and he hopes to leave the Big Sky State and Great Falls better than he found them.
Katie Campbell
As Grassroots Engagement Director, Katie helps inspire a community of go-getters. Prior to joining Americans for Prosperity, she was an investor who was inspired by the American dream—experiencing both great successes and valuable failures along the way. A proud resident of Bozeman, Katie loves riding motorcycles, shed hunting, working on puzzles, and spending time with her German Shepherd, Luna Mae. She shares her Montana life with her wonderful fiancé, Harrison, and is proud to call Big Sky Country home.
